cie4d User Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any of the Services. cie4d strictly enforces this requirement. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older. If it is determined at any point that you are or were under 21 at the time of registration, cie4d will immediately close your account and return any net deposits made, with all winnings forfeited.

2.2 Residency. cie4d's primary target market is Indonesia. To register, you must be a resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction in which accessing cie4d is not prohibited under your local laws. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that using cie4d is lawful in your jurisdiction. cie4d does not provide legal advice and accepts no liability for your use of the platform in a restricted territory.

2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are subject to a court order, guardianship arrangement, or any legal restriction that limits your capacity to contract, you are not eligible to register.

2.4 Not a Professionally Associated Person. Directors, officers, employees, contractors, and immediate family members of cie4d and its affiliated companies are not eligible to register player accounts or participate in any promotional offer.

2.5 One Account Limit. Each individual person may hold only one active account on cie4d at any time. If you have previously held a cie4d account that was closed by either party, please contact support before attempting to re-register. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent a closure, suspension, or bonus restriction is a Prohibited Activity.

3.1 Registration Information. When registering a cie4d account you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), a valid email address, a current Indonesian mobile number, and your date of birth.

3.2 KYC Verification. cie4d is required to verify the identity of all Members before processing the first withdrawal. Verification requires submission of one or more of the following documents:

• Indonesian National ID (KTP Nasional) — mandatory for all Members.
• Selfie photograph holding your KTP, where requested.
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., bank account statement showing your name) for the first withdrawal.

cie4d reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time in accordance with our anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and delay or refusal of withdrawal requests.

3.3 Account Security. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security of your cie4d login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party, allow any third party to access your acc ount, or use any automated means to access the platform without our written permission. cie4d will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately and change your password without delay.

3.4 Account Accuracy. If any information you have provided changes after registration — including your email address, mobile number, or payment details — you must update your account profile promptly. cie4d accepts no liability for service interruptions, failed notifications, or delayed withdrawals arising from outdated account information.

3.5 Username Policy. Your chosen username must not be offensive, impersonate another person or entity, or include personal identifying information. cie4d reserves the right to require a username change at its discretion without prior notice.

4.1 Accepted Currency. All transactions on cie4d are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). cie4d does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. If you fund your account from a foreign-currency source, any conversion fees and exchange rate losses are entirely your responsibility.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. cie4d currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following channels:

• Local bank transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

Available payment methods are subject to change. The current list of accepted methods is displayed on the cie4d deposit and withdrawal pages. cie4d reserves the right to add, remove, or restrict payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Minimum & Maximum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the relevant pages within the cie4d platform and may differ by payment method. Maximum transaction limits may apply based on your account verification status, transaction history, and applicable regulatory requirements.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. cie4d targets a processing time of approximately 15 minutes for local bank transfers and under 10 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals following completion of KYC verification. These are target times and are not guaranteed; processing may be delayed by technical maintenance, public holidays, or additional security checks. All withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian public holidays such as Idul Fitri.

4.5 Deposit Integrity. All deposits must be funded from sources that you legally own. cie4d reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or void any deposit that it has reasonable grounds to believe originates from unlawful activity, a third-party source, or a payment method not registered in your name.

4.6 No Fees from cie4d. cie4d does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees; cie4d has no control over and accepts no liability for such charges.

4.7 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. cie4d reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rp 50.000 to dormant accounts once the dormancy threshold has been met. You will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. Logging in to your account will reactivate it and halt further dormancy fees.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. cie4d offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside the offer at the time of its promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general terms in this clause and the specific terms of an individual offer, the specific offer terms take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable offer terms, all bonus amounts — and any winnings generated from bonus funds — are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the offer terms. cie4d does not retroactively change wagering requirements after a bonus has been accepted by a Member in good faith.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible Members as specified in each offer. Unless the offer explicitly states otherwise:

• Welcome bonuses are available to new Members on their first qualifying deposit only.
• Reload bonuses are available to existing Members at the frequency specified in the offer.
• Promotional bonuses may be restricted to Members who opt in via the applicable promotional mechanism on the cie4d platform.
• Free spin credits are valid only on the specified slot title(s) and expire within the time limit stated in the offer.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. cie4d actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk, hedge-betting, or arbitrage wagers designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play intent; using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; and coordinating with other Members to share or split bonus value. Where bonus abuse is identified, cie4d reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it, and to suspend or permanently close the offending account(s).

5.5 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

5.6 Right to Withdraw Offers. cie4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time, provided that such modification does not retrospectively alter the terms under which an active bonus has already been accepted by a Member.

6.1 Permitted Use. You may use cie4d's Services solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. You must at all times comply with these Terms and all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

6.2 Prohibited Activities. The following are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using the platform while under the legal age of 21.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information or KYC documents.
• Attempting to access another Member's account without authorisation.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform, extract data, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in any card game, table game, or live dealer game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known bug must be reported to support and will be voided.
• Using cie4d to launder money or facilitate any financial crime.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or e-wallet provider in bad faith.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or otherwise commercialising access to cie4d's Services.

7.1 Ownership. All content on the cie4d platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audio — is owned by or licensed to cie4d and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7.2 Limited Licence. cie4d grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your own personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without cie4d's prior written consent.

7.3 Third-Party Content. Certain games and content on cie4d are provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft (Pocket Games Soft), NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others. Such content is subject to the intellectual property rights of the respective studio. Your use of that content through cie4d does not grant you any rights in the underlying intellectual property.

8.1 cie4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an account you confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

8.2 cie4d implements 256-bit TLS encryption across all platform communications and applies industry-standard security controls to protect Member data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

8.3 cie4d may share Member data with third parties only as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC/AML compliance purposes, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory reporting. cie4d does not sell Member personal data to third-party marketers.

9.1 cie4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes player welfare seriously. The platform provides the following tools, available to all Members at no charge from the account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Set a ceiling on net losses within a defined time period.
• Session time limits: Configure reminders that alert you after a set play duration.
• Time-out: Temporarily suspend your account for between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or long-term suspend your account for a minimum of 6 months, up to permanent closure.

9.2 If you are concerned that your gambling may be causing harm to yourself or others, please visit our Responsible Gaming page or contact our 24/7 support team immediately. Self-exclusion can be activated within minutes of your request.

9.3 cie4d will not knowingly allow a self-excluded Member to open a new account or circumvent an active self-exclusion. If you are under an active self-exclusion and attempt to re-register, cie4d will close the new account and return any net deposits.

10.1 Suspension by cie4d. cie4d reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering activity.
• The KYC or verification information provided by the Member is false, incomplete, or cannot be verified.
• A regulatory, legal, or law enforcement obligation requires cie4d to restrict the account.
• The Member has initiated a chargeback or payment reversal in bad faith.

10.2 Termination by cie4d. Following an investigation, cie4d may permanently close an account where a material breach of these Terms is confirmed. Upon permanent closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method, subject to satisfactory completion of AML checks.

10.3 Termination by Member. You may request closure of your cie4d account at any time by contacting our support team. Please allow up to 5 working days for the closure to be processed. Pending wagers at the time of closure will be settled normally; any resulting winnings will be paid to your nominated withdrawal method.

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cie4d, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of business opportunity.

11.2 cie4d's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that Member during the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 cie4d does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free of errors, viruses, or other harmful components, or that any specific game outcome, odds, or return-to-player percentage will be achieved by any individual Member.

11.4 cie4d accepts no liability for telecommunications failures, internet connectivity issues, or device-related problems that affect your ability to access or use the platform. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a suitable internet connection before placing any wager.

11.5 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12.1 cie4d reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered Members by email to the address on file at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect. Minor clarifications or corrections may be applied with immediate effect.

12.2 The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. We recommend reviewing this page periodically. Your continued use of cie4d after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.3 If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Services and contact support to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the amended terms take effect.

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cie4d holds its international gaming operating licence. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of Indonesia.

13.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute, complaint, or concern arising from your use of cie4d, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. The majority of disputes can be resolved promptly by our support team without the need for formal proceedings. cie4d commits to providing a substantive written response to any formal complaint within 10 business days of receipt.

13.3 Formal Dispute Process. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism prescribed by cie4d's licensing authority. Details of the applicable mechanism are available upon request from our support team.

13.4 Language. These Terms are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency arising from a translation into another language, the English version prevails.
